Refund policy
We manage returns on a case by case basis. Check over the item(s) on receipt and contact us with any issues requiring returning of the product(s)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you don't accept
delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@superiorfurniturestore.com so that we can investigate the claim on your behalf.
Refunds
In the unlikely event of products arriving damaged we will discuss with our suppliers the options available on a case by case basis.
